Make your hair last for years
Good human hair is an investment. Treated well, it can serve you for two years or more. Here is how we advise our customers to care for it.
Washing
Wash every 1–2 weeks with a mild sulphate-free shampoo in warm water. Wash it gently, do not scrub the hair like sponge. Follow with a moisturising conditioner and rinse thoroughly.
Drying
Towel-dry gently, don't squeeze. Air-dry on a wig stand or spread it flat on a towel indoors. If you must blow-dry, use the cool setting and keep it moving. Avoid drying under direct hot sun so the color doesn't fade.
Stretching & tonging
Always use a heat protectant. Keep tools under 180°C, especially on coloured hair. If you don't have a flat iron at home, visit a salon that costs little and the stylist will stretch the hair. Tonging works beautifully on straight and body-wave hairs.
At night
Wear a silk or satin bonnet, it locks in moisture and prevents the tangling that pillowcases cause. Wrap your hair around your head to prevent it being scattered at night. Wearing a wig? Better to take it off before bed, see storage below.
Storage
When you are not wearing a wig, keep it on a stand and cover it with its satin bag, or fold it gently into the bag if a stand isn't available to keep it away from dust and direct sunlight. Detangle gently from the ends before storing.
Revamping
Hair looking dull or dry? A deep-conditioning treatment for 30 minutes brings back its softness. Bone straight can be revamped with a light press at your salon. For curly hairs, curls bounce back with water and a good curl cream and finger-coiling.

Is your hair really 100% human hair? +
Yes. We do not sell synthetic or blended hair. Every piece is human hair, and our raw collection is single-donor. You can dye it, curl it and wash it like your own.
How long does delivery take? +
Orders within Uyo and Akwa Ibom State typically arrive within 1 working day. Other states take 2–4 working days depending on location. You'll receive the rider or courier details once your order is sent out for delivery.
What payment methods do you accept? +
We currently accept bank transfer only. Once you place your order through WhatsApp, we'll confirm your total and share our account details. Your order is sent out for delivery once payment is confirmed, usually within minutes.
Can I return or exchange hair? +
No, we do not accept returns, exchanges or refunds once an order has been confirmed and sent out for delivery. We recommend checking your length, texture and color carefully before ordering, if you are unsure, message us on Whatsapp first and we will help you choose correctly.
How do I choose the right length? +
Lengths are measured on straight hair, so curly textures appear shorter, go 2 inches longer for curly styles. As a guide: 14–16" sits at the shoulders, 18–22" reaches the mid-back, 24"+ is waist length. Still unsure? Ask us on WhatsApp with your height and we will advise.
How many bundles do I need for a full install? +
For lengths up to 18", three bundles are usually enough. For 20" and above, we recommend four, since longer wefts are less full per bundle. Our double-drawn sets are thicker, so three often does it even at length.
How long will the hair last? +
With the care described in our guide above, expect 1–3 years of regular wear from bundles and wigs, and longer from raw hair. Losing a few strands during installation is normal; continuous strand loss afterward is not, contact us if that happens.
